It's an additional charge of 10 euro per person to use steam room, sauna, and indoor pool. The pool temperature was too cold, we were expecting a heated pool. Other than that, we were happy with our stay. ”

“Sofya konaklamamızda burayı tercih ettik. Merkezi bir konumda, birçok yere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Resepsiyon yok, size mail ile gönderilen kod yardımıyla apartın giriş kapısını açabiliyorsunuz, daha sonra içeride sizin dairenize ait bir kutu var aynı kod ile oradan anahtarlarınızı alıyorsunuz. Anahtarlar hem otopark kapısını hem de dairenizin kapısını açıyor. Oda temiz ve konforlu. Aileler için gayet uygun, odada su ısıtıcı vs. var.”

“Awesome place, the quality of the furnature is great and the service was the best we have ever experienced. When we checked in we told them it was our anniversary and they arranged for cake to be in our room as a surprise will come back again for sure”

“I was there in the last week that the hotel was still open for the season. Not many guests left so it was a very relaxed and quiet vacation.”

“This is a rather nice hotel which we were upgraded to a studio. Nice view that our room has a balcony. As well, clean with sufficient bathing aids. However, it is a little bit too far from the bus station. Those with heavy suitcases when going there need to go through a rather long tunnel without any lift.”

I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in……
