“Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, unsere Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Vom Haus zum Meer benötigt man mit dem Auto 25 min. Dort kann man unproblematisch parken und kann einen schönen Platz am Strand finden. Im Ort gibt es eine Tankstelle und kleinere Lebensmittelgeschäfte, im Nachbarort Supermärkte und Restaurants.Alles im Haus war sehr ordentlich, zwischendurch wurden die Handtücher getauscht und die Betten neu bezogen, man konnte alle Früchte des Gartens nutzen.……

“A really well presented chalet on 3 floors, with a spacious kitchen/diner/lounge on the top floor, with good views of the Rila mountain and the slopes. Comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, an open fire, a bar, a beer fridge, everything for the perfect ski trip! We'd love to come back again. The complex also has a decent pool, a sauna and a good restaurant. There's a courtesy bus into the resort which runs anout every 40 minutes. Loads of parking.”

“ Liz was a fantastic host - setting up the two apartments to suit our group of 12 friends and family. She accommodated all our food preferences and timings and worked hard to keep us all happy. Before our trip she answered all our questions. She provided local advice and gave us lifts to pick up our skis each day & to the thermal spa too. Location was perfect - only a short walk from lovely old town and the busy area with bars/restaurants. ”

“Firstly have to say our host. Mary was absolutely superb in supplying all of the information prior to our visit, ensuring a smooth transition from the airport to the chalet. There were six of us, we hired a minibus and drove ourselves from the airport, following the direction supplied by Mary, and found the Chalet quite easily, set in a wooded area. “Til NYs eve vi var sent på en restaurant et par km væk fra hotellet. Vi var aldrig informeret før rejsen at det er ikke plads i Yagoda restaurant. Jeg var i kontakt med Yagoda flere gange før rejsen og jeg troede vi skal i Yagoda restaurant - afstand er vigtigt punkt når man rejser med børn. Man ryger i restauranten om aften - det var officielt æske bæger til ryger på hvert bord!”

"It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was amazing. But the staff was racist. When I checked in, the girl at the counter charged me 500€ for deposit just because I am Asian! On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? Overall it’s a beautiful hotel but I can’t believe this happened to me and I am only hoping now that I can get my deposit back!!! I could have argued with the girl but I don’t want this stupid thing ruined my trip."
