"hotelkamer en het hotel zelf erg ruim. Onbeschofte en ondeugende medewerkers, vooral die van aguapark. Zeer slecht Engels gesproken en slechte service. Noch slecht, noch erg goed eten. In 5 dagen had ik geen zonnebank die vanaf 6 uur 's ochtends met handdoeken omging het zwembad en op het strand.Het hotel is 4 sterren, maar ik zou het slechts 2 en een halve ster geven. Helemaal teleurgesteld, de eerste en laatste vakantie in Bulgarije"

"This is the first time we have been on holiday to Bulgaria. The apartment is 50 metres from, and looks out on to, the Black Sea. The apartment is new and well designed.
