"I had a wonderful three day stay at the Hotel Expo, the lady at the front desk did a marvellous job assisting me with anything I asked her to explain and show me. A special employee that should be recognized. Room was always made up and tidied when I returned. Easy to get to from the airport by taxi or Metro"

"The week before we had a wonderful room on the top floor, but one week later, we had a room on the sixth floor that had 2 lights out in the bathroom, the ceiling above the shower needed painting, and the room felt dirty. It was still satisfactory because the bed was comfortable. We really liked Georgi in the restaurant in the evening. He was wonderful and we liked the friendly waitress in the morning at breakfast. The food was also good."

"The room and staff at Boris Palace were wonderful and located nicely near all tourist highlights of Plovdiv. Couples on a romantic trip may find the bed a bit squeaky but it was our only complaint."
