“Overall I Really Enjoyed My Stay. My check in process did cause some irritation. My reservation was not set up properly & I was assigned the wrong type of room. However, the STAFF was my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. Everyone was so welcoming & willing to help. The hotel is beautiful. I picked the hotel due to the artsy look of it. In person, it was even better. “Great stay at the Pickle Factory Hotel in Covington KY. Very good value in that pricing included parking and the room had a small kitchen. I loved the quirky decor and felt safe there. It is close to an auto repair shop so there was some neighborhood noise but I also loved hearing the church bells toll in the morning. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.”
