Mr. Hawkins has taken this historic slice of old Americana and turned it into the most charming little vacation rental property. “Great experience overall. The condo is connected to a restaurant/bar so there were times where we could hear noises coming from what we assumed was the kitchen. It was not a ‘keep you up all night’ type of situation but just be aware for people who are sensitive to noise. ”
