"Great hotel! We had 2 beds and a kitchen. Plenty of room for a family of 4. You could cook in the room if you like. Staff was great! Walkable or an easy Uber ride to Pearl Street. "
"Loved the location and the rustic atmosphere. Continental breakfast was perfect for our quick morning out. Bathtub could have used some more traction....Slippery!"
"LOVED it here. Great rooms, communal areas and a great selection of drinks at the bar. Safeway is a few blocks away and the Main Street too. We will be BACK! "
"The property was charming and comfy, parking easy and proximity to Pearl Street ideal. I stayed for a full month and the owner offered an interim cleaning / refresh. One item came up during my stay and was immediately addressed. I definitely recommend for a brief or a longer stay. "
"Beautiful house in a great location! Walkable to Pearl Street Mall with wonderful boutiques, restaurants & coffee shops. We were also able to walk to local hiking trails. House was very clean & charming, gourmet kitchen has everything you need! Property management team were responsive and friendly! "

"We travelled to Boulder with a total of 6 couples for a concert at Red Rock Amphitheatre. We all had an amazing time and would highly recommend this rental to anyone planning a similar trip. The host was very responsive, and the home was spectacular. It is beautifully decorated, hosts a large group easily, and is stocked with everything you could ask for. 5 stars. "

"Matthew made this stay seamless, including ensuring we were all set with Boulder’s newly implemented guest parking process. The house is beautiful and made for a wonderful respite as well as close proximity to Pearl Street, Folsom Field and Boulder Creek Park. It was a short drive to Chataqua as well. "
Renovated basement studio in historic Mapleton Hill.
10/10 Excellent
"The studio is very nice and well appointed. It is in the basement of the owners house and has its own entrance on the back of the house. Nice kitchenette (sink, fridge, stove, etc.) shower, large and comfortable bed. The only point to note is the ceiling height is probably 6 feet 1 inch. I am under 6 feet so not an issue. Close to Pearl Street. I would stay there again."
"As a solo traveler, this was a perfect location for a long weekend in Boulder. Ted provided excellent information about nearby restaurants and the apartment amenities and rules in Avery welcoming way. I enjoyed my time here very much."
