Overall, my stay here was fine. Very clean and modern space in a decent location. However, the hotel's designation as being "on" Pearl Street is a bit of a stretch, as it's well over a mile drive to get to the actual Pearl Street Mall. It's a healthy walk for sure, but nowhere near the outside-your-door convenience the name might suggest. Additionally, we stayed for 3 nights and were disappointed that they only offer maid/in-room service for guests staying 4 nights or more. The fact that I paid all this money to come back to an unkempt room with no refreshed linens, no sense of straightening up, and no clean towels (unless we directly asked for them) was a bummer. I understand the COVID concerns but come on—is it REALLY in everyone's best interest to not perform these standard hotel procedures? I've stayed at several hotels throughout the pandemic and they all at least gave you the OPTION to opt into room service. If I wanted just a room to sleep and drop my things, I would've taken my business to AirBnB. It sounds a bit overblown, but it's those types of things that truly enhance a vacation experience and make a guest feel comfortable away from home. We were also charged $16 a day to park in a garage adjacent to the property. Not sure what's up with that. Definitely added a bit of insult to injury on top of the no-cleaning thing.

This hotel is not in the heart of the "main" Pearl Street area most people think of, but it's very close and there are several good restaurants and breweries within a short walk, and it is a great location for driving to other areas around town. Parking is not attached to the hotel so it's a little bit of a walk back and forth from room to car (but not that bad). Our room was spotless and in great condition, however trash that was set out in the hallway by other guests stayed there for days before being taken away.
