“We just stayed one night while visiting RMNP but it was perfect. Close to everything, including both entrances to park. Very friendly owner. Spacious for family of four. Would stay again.”

“The way this was described was a “family cabin”. The pictures were amazing. The cabin is split and made into 2 sleeping rooms with kitchen. We shared a water heater with the other tenants. Not a lot of hot water once they showered. The check in - we DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL as stated with instructions on how we are checking in. Since I never received notification we had to call. If you want as close to primitive as possible - this is your place.”

“The quality of the residence is poor compared to the price charged. This is a very old building. The amenities are old. The place where we were given the room was right next to a dumpster.”

“The cabin was cozy and efficient. It rained constantly so scenery was foggy and cloudy but Grand Lake was charming and the mountains over lakes were breathtaking. ”
