“This was the most amazing property! So lovely to have family time over our winter break, but there was enough room for us all to spread out! Quick drive into Estes. The hosts have thought of everything. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! It was wonderful to prepare homemade meals for my family on vacation. Bathrooms were spotless. Beds comfortable! “Easy check-in and out, small, no air conditioning; only a gas stow for heating, need to keep windows open for airflow and oxygen. Not suitable for a long stay. Cleanliness is great, especially for such an old place.”

“Great location to the lakes, comfortable bed, good amenities. It was clean and we appreciated the soap and shampoo in the bathroom/shower. Good shower water pressure and TV and cable selections. There is no real view other than other backyards. A couple of opportunities to improve - the outdoor furniture was dusty and dirty which made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space, the bed is a double not a queen (queen frame which took up most of the bedroom space).”

“The instructions to check in were clear and the place was super clean. I took a screenshot of the listing since it said there is no service so I recommend doing that. The kitchen is stocked with pots and plates and we enjoyed the board games they had as well. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again. ”
