“The people were very nice and tried to be helpful. The thermostat wasn’t working properly. They sent someone to fix it but it didn’t work. They offered to change rooms but it was late and we had an early checkout. Though very stylish, the room didn’t have drawers for our clothes. The really big benefit is the proximity to the airport. We paid an extra $100 dollars for that because we had to be at the airport at 4:30 am. They had a partial opening four months ago and we feel that they are still……

“I arrived early, and they allowed me to my room right away, which was nice. The room was a little dusty, and the floors needed some vacuuming. The bed was clean, and the tables were sticky. I tried to clean them, but it was in vain. The washroom was very clean, but the floors were not the cleanest. There was a cracked window, the closets wouldn't shut, and the knob was missing. The room felt eerie and creepy at night, and I had to sleep with a lamp on the closet floor and the washroom light on.……
