Very clean room. Everything you need in the bathroom is there. Dove shampoo, Dove conditioner, Dove soap, etc. We are happy to stay in this Holiday inn express. Would highly recommend. Good parking but kinda tight to move around...be very careful when you park and exit as you will see some scratches on the wall. Best part is the breakfast here. Love the bacon! Very good breakfast and service by the staff.

The only thing I was a. little disappointed with was check in time. We arrived early and when I went to check in they told us by noon. I called around 2pm, and still not ready. Called again after 3pm, nope, not ready. So we just waited and continued to walk around Parliament sight seeing. When we returned to hotel around 5pm, room was ready. After checking in, we were told to now move out car again to 3rd P level, not sure why. Breakfast next morning was fantastic. Lots of options. Both boys and I had a good breakfast and took a muffin and drink to go for a later snack. There was plenty of towels in the room. I like that they had coffee/tea all day. Amazing walking distance to Parliament, the market, the mall, Loblaws, etc. Will definitely stay there again.

Easily accessible. Walking distance to Parliament Hill if you like. Close to shopping mall. My dislike was we only got complimentary water for one night (2 bottles). I think water should be available for every night we stayed

I trusted Expedia comments on this hotel ”Parkin included” which was not correct. Fiuthermore, we needed to park outside from two options. Eventually both of them proved to be dangerous going through the scary area. Having old family in the tour, I should not have choose this one.

Our stay was ok, room was clean. But cause I had a 6 foot box on my crew cab truck wouldn’t fit around the corner in the under ground parking. I had to park a block and a half away very inconvenient! Even if my vehicle would have been able to park in the underground parking wouldn’t been able to the first night cause we got in late and isn’t enough room for everyone to park underground first come first serve??? Hotel that doesn’t have enough parking for rooms they have isn’t good. Especially where it’s located there should have been security walking back from the parking lot.

Male clerk at check in was rude. Ladies at check out and breakfast staff were nice. Clean, new property. Central location but area felt a bit unsafe. I would avoid walking back after dark. Enjoyed our stay overall.

Hotel is on a very busy street. Area directly across and surrounding is full of panhandlers, addicts and homeless. Paid hotel parking is limited. Upon checkin we were told that the parking was sold out and we had no choice but to park our vehicle 4 blocks away. Breakfast was good but not enough seating available for the guests.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The underground parking was really tight and difficult to maneuver in side . There was extra charge for the parking that, we didn’t know when we booked. The neighborhood was not the best as there was a homeless shelter right across the street.
