“The pool area was really nice. We had a lot of fun. The rooms were ok. Just normal rooms. I liked the temperature on the wall. Bathroom could've been a little updated. And the breakfast was not very good. And it was HOT everywhere. I would go back for the pool area. But that's about it.”

“I would never stay at this hotel again. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in, and it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was a gas leak that the hotel appeared to be aware of but failed to properly address or disclose to guests. That was completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe throughout our stay. The staff was also incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Instead of showing concern or trying to resolve our issues, they were dismissive and……

“The hot tub is broke….there is no game room we actually saw a cot in that room with beer bottles. The sheets were also dirty. There was a party downstairs and the people were so loud at night outside our room.”

“There was no house keeping while we were there so the beds were not made up when we were gone. I had to go to the front desk to ask for new towels. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and I will never stay there again or recommend someone to stay there. I also had to check out early and no one was at the desk and I called a few times to leave a message and no one ever called me back. One of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel.”
