There were only 3 ppl working (definitely family members) when I went down to ask for NEW soaps (wash,shampoo, conditioner, lotion) the gentleman argued with me that there was still some product left in the existing bottles….I understood that there was some product left but would have appreciated some UNOPENED products because I don’t know who stayed before me and it is easy to contaminate the bottles in the room. Then they asked me if I no longer wanted the used ones and I said no! I would write a review….at that point I was offered 3 out the 4 new UNOPENED products.

Great value and location. Staff is friendly and the hotel was very clean. Spacious room. The only complaint was extreme humidity in the room that never fully went away even turning air way down.

I wish we had known there was going to be aton of children at the hotel. We were unable to use the pool or hot tub because it was completely taken over with noise and kids.
