“Overall stay was horrible. Checking in front desk clerk was abrupt and rude. Did not get maid service at all for room. 1st night had to request fresh towels and someone brought some. Next day maid service came and asked them to come a little later was in shower and would be gone in 30 minutes.. Came back that evening room not cleaned nor any maid service. Contacted desk and told if we wanted clean towels had to come down from room and get them ourself. They said maid service was gone and……

“The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because it had a stove and we wanted to cook for our son while we visited him in college. The hotel is good for the price. When we arrived, the sheets on the sofa bed were dirty with food crumbs and I had to ask for new sheets so that I could change them. The gym had a water dispenser, but it didn't have any water.”
