“Convenient location for the attraction we were going to see. Our room was in poor condition. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet was loose and leaking. You could see where they tried sealing it because of the multiple layers around the toilet along with mold. I had to clean the toilet before using it. The floor was sticky so we had to wear our shoes throughout the room (no carpet). There was a nasty black ring around the tub so I couldn’t shower or wouldn’t rather. The door had someone’s……

“This hotel is going through a remodel at the time. I’m not sure when the remodel is supposed to be finished. My only concern is that during our entire stay, no one came in and cleaned the room. We were there for three nights. The breakfast was OK, it’s better than most places, but not up to the Marriott standard. Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes, but that’s just because the other options in the area are just not as good.”

“My husband and I had a quick one night stay as we passed thru town on our way to Minnesota. Property was exactly as described. Tim, the host, was very easy to communicate with. Cute little place when you would like a little bit more than a hotel room. Full kitchen and laundry. The neighborhood feels safe and friendly. Close to many things you may need/want during your stay. We look forward to our next visit. Hopefully longer than one night next time. Thanks, Tim! ”

“Overall we liked the property, courteous staff and clean rooms. What we didn't like is that the bed had a crunchy plastic type mattress protector on it which both my husband and I sweat from during the night so we didn't get the best night's sleep. That's our only complaint. We haven't experienced this before at other Fairfield's or at other hotels so thought it was odd. It was like the cover you put on a child's bed in case their diaper leaks thru. That was our only complaint. Other then that,……

I am traveling for business and had to book again for the following week, and am disappointed because I can't change my reservation because I booked online through Expedia. I can cancel but won't be able to get a refund. Very disappointing.”
