“We loved everything about this house. The queen and king bedrooms were huge and my son loved staying in the room with the hand painted penguins on the wall. It had everything we needed. The lake was a short walk and nice. Small beach but not crowded. Booking was so easy. We would definitely rent this place again!”

“We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Location is perfect. Close to the swimming area of the lake and a very easy walk into town. The host are wonderful to work with. They are very helpful. ”

“The house is AMAZING and rich with history. There are 3 floors with a bathroom on each so it’s easy access for everyone. The property has beautiful scenery and lots of flora and fauna to enjoy; we even got to pick some wild raspberries that ripened while we’re there. There is a wonderful clear pond close by that’s cool and refreshing with a sandy bottom. “Very well restored home (from late 1700's) in a great location. Lots of room to spread out. Wonderful views. I suspect it would be even better in the summer and fall for a family. Easy winter drive to the Jordan or South Ridge; truly 5 minutes.”

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
