Staff was wonderful, room was great, pool/hot tub/steam room were clean and running seamlessly. Restaurant & lounge on site were amazing - great food, especially the specials, with a great atmosphere to relax after a long day of skiing/snowmobiling.

There was a large leak of cold air around the door, so on a night that was-2 we used towels and boots to cover the hole. The sauna was nice but a board was broken that a kid could get injured on

Good location, Mr. Pizza was great like always, 25 minutes to Sunday River Ski Resort. 25 minutes to Mount Washington and another attractions in the area.

Went for the weekend to Journey to the North Pole and Santa's village. The grandchildren had so much fun and relaxed at the Royalty Inn. We do this again.
