We had a wonderful stay at The Village Lodge and would definitely consider staying here again. The location is excellent — everything is so convenient, with restaurants, shops, and other amenities all within easy walking distance. It was especially nice to be able to enjoy the Village without needing to drive.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We were also very happy with our room. The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and overall everything was very well maintained.
Our only concern was the room temperature. The windows cannot be opened to let fresh air in, which made it difficult to cool the room naturally. There was a portable AC unit provided, which was helpful, but it was quite loud when running. A quieter cooling or ventilation option would make the stay even more comfortable, especially during the warmer months.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, we would happily return.
