“Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. We encountered a minor issue with housekeeping; the day following our arrival, we left around 11:00 am and returned at approximately 5:00 pm. Having seen the housekeeping staff on our floor upon departure, we were taken aback to find our room had not been cleaned. “Overall it is a good place. The parking without valet was also convenient, and it is easy to access most of the places downtown. However they would be more through during room service, and be a little more responsive to the gym maintenance”

“We had a great stay here. We were able to check in at the front desk fairly quickly. The valet was incredibly nice and quick. We would have rather parked ourselves rather than pay 60 bucks for Valet; however, due to the location of the hotel, it was easier to use the valet. The room was nice well kept. We also asked for a fan in the room and the team was quick to get that to us! The breakfast was a typical hotel buffet. ”

“I really liked the proximity to the train/Union Station. It took us to and from the airport in just under 40 minutes each way and was less than a two walk from the front desk. The shuttle to Red Rocks was also right next door. No car rental.”
