“服务很差，电脑系统很烂”

“The property was very clean, the staff were friendly and the location was perfect for walking around and exploring downtown. Tons of great restaurants and shops and close to the baseball stadium. The only things that I didn’t like is that they charge $40 per night for parking and the Whole Foods next door has a huge exhaust vent that blows fryer smoke so thick onto the sidewalk that it looks like a cloud and makes the side entrance to the hotel smell like fryer grease. But……the great……

“The check in process…. First, I consider myself to be good with technology and following directions. From the time we parked in temporary parking to the time we made it to the room with our bags was 45 minutes. Also, $100 in fees for the night was pretty high considering we also had to pay to park.”

“Came in town for the Olivia Dean concert and fell in love with Limelight! The staff and property was amazing. From the valet (Adin is awesome and has excellent customer service) to everyone at the front desk being so knowledgeable and helpful. The room was amazing with a beautiful view. The coffee station downstairs was great and always fully stocked. Next time I’m in Denver I know exactly where I’ll stay.”

“The Crawford is amazing! It’s beautiful, the rooms are beautiful with amazing showers and plenty of room! It’s located in the revamped Union Station with several restaurants on site, and in a great location in Downtown Denver; within a couple of blocks of Coors Field to catch a Rockies game! We are already looking forward to planning our next visit!”
