“I was very pleased with this unit. It had everything i needed. I will certainly stay here again on future trips. The management was very quick and helpful in response to questions. This unit even had AC--not too many have that and it was very comfortable.Can't go wrong staying here while enjoying Steamboat!”

“We had an amazing stay regardless of the pictures not matching the condo itself. I'm not sure which condo that picture was taken from, but it definitely was not the one we stayed in. We had a view of the parking lot. When I contacted the realtor, I was told to read the description. I'm sorry, but the picture should match the actual condo. That was a big disappointment. Also, there should've been a nice letter giving the wifi user and password, directions on the use of the washing machine/dryer...

The location is incredibly convenient—right across the street from the base area—making it easy to walk to dining, activities, and lifts. “The location a short walk from the base of the mountain is definitely the selling point of this rental. It’s small, which is to be expected of a studio, but the space is arranged nicely and there are plenty of hooks for your snow gear. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (toaster, plates and silverware, etc.). The parking pass was waiting on the counter when we checked in via the lockbox. Overall it was a perfect stay and we would definitely stay here again.”

“There were a few maintenance issues that did not cause any real problems for us but need attention. The bed supports look like they could give way in the future, the bathtub drain needed to be cleared to drain properly, and we could not find a drain stopper for the kitchen sink. The hot tub (not part of the unit) was not clean, and only 2 of the jets appeared to work.”
