Got to the hotel and the receptionist was in an argument with a guest. After their discussion, I was given keys to my room. Went up, unlocked the door and it was filthy all over the place. Marks on the window, walls, doors and ceiling, stains in the bathtub, toilet with dark skid marks and towels with huge stains. Air inside was horrible and it the smell was borderline to die from. 11/10, would not recommend.
Receptionist told me to contact Hotels.com to get a refund and not is denying the claim. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
