Colony Square Tours

Not the best. Staff were dismissive, and at times rude. The key I was originally given did not work. The room had an odd smell. I booked a king and got a double twin. The staff stated they could not offer me another room due to having no vacancy but when I looked online they had plenty of rooms still available. The hotel was hard to navigate and there was little staff available to assist with finding your way. The valet parking was expensive, slow, and the employees were rude. They don’t offer breakfast and the bar closes early in my opinion. I will personally not be staying at this location again and would not recommend it. Note: the security staff were very nice, and helpful.
