“The front staff were rarely there. I was first shown a room that didn't have the two beds that I'd reserved. Moving to the appropriate sized room, I popped back to the front desk to ask for toiletries, as there were none. The desk staff said the individual shampoos were still to be delivered, and no soap other than 1 bar was in the place. He handed me the only full, family-sized bar of soap. The coffee is central in the lobby. Anyone who desires creamer uses a spoon in a Costco-sized communal……

“I actually don’t have any issues with the property. It was very adequate. The problem was Expedia made a mistake and double booked us. when I told the property manager this. They chose to check us into all four rooms anyhow and charged us resort fees for all four rooms even though they knew we only booked two rooms and the other two were a mistake. They then refused to refund any of the resort feees or charges.”

“This property location being within walking distance to Gondola, near many restaurants, shops, rental and convenient parking is great. The unit is spacious and can accommodate up to 4 although inflatable mattress doesn't hold air so have to be two couples and overall entire unit is not kept in good repair with many light bulbs missing or burned out, shower head not working properly, shower curtain too small for the opening allowing water spraying outside the tub, no exhaust fan in bathroom to……
