“The hotel and grounds are gorgeous. A lot of thought went into the design and it shows. We loved the open modern feel of the room and view of the Hudson was amazing. We also loved the electric shades allowing an almost blackout experience. The staff was very accommodating. They filled our small cooler with ice daily since they don’t have a public ice maker. “Shout out to Christine for going above and beyond! We originally booked a room that happed to be on the 3rd floor. My husband got injured before we arrived and Christine was very helpful in arranging for us to move to the 1st floor as soon as the room became available. Housekeeping moved our luggage for us and the new room was a nice upgrade.”
