“Lovely area.”

“The staff during day and morning were pleasant and very apologetic for the issues we came across. We showed up at 6 pm and room was not ready. We went out to eat and when we got back the room was ready. At 9 pm we had to message the staff about what sounded like pregnant cow that was walking above us. Soon after it stopped. Breakfast wasn't elaborate but it was definitely enough to tie us over to lunch. Room was clean. There was no outlet by the desk area, so I had to put my cord for my……

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……

“A cute and comfortable place with great staff and delicious food. We stayed here for two nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Food is good, drinks are well made, staff is super friendly and very helpful.”

“This has been a long time stop for us. It has always been a perfect location. The hotel is right at the base of Monument Mountain and it is truly breathtaking to see it out your window.”

“The location was convenient to so much of what makes the Berkshires special. We were minutes from Tanglewood, under an hour to Bash Bish Falls & MASS MOCA amongst other places to visit. The staff was efficient and very friendly. Our ice maker wasn't working & maintenance came within minutes to replace it. The units were spacious and clean but dated with some worn out features. Some of the soft goods could use replacing (pillows), upholstery on couches was torn in places and paint was peeling on……
