Very nice, quiet place to stay and it’s conveniently located.

The breakfast offers a wide variety and a staff person is attentive to replenish the options. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed 10 nights with no problems. Because of the pandemic, housekeeping doesn't enter the rooms but we could always get fresh towels, etc. as needed. We could have changed rooms after five nights but felt no need to. This was our second stay here and we are sure to return.

it's a simple and cheap place, but it's very nice. Some bathroom fixtures are somewhat outdated, but everything was very clean. Unexpectedly, breakfast was quite good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning process for COVID prevention is outstanding. The rooms were extra large and had more unused space than most hotel rooms! The bathroom was spotless. The room was very quiet and the bed was way above average. Only spent one night so can’t comment on location to restaurants and other services. Easy access off a main road.

My wife and I spent a 4 day getaway at Chautauqua. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We flew into Denver and took the RTD bus into Boulder. It was then a one mile walk to Chautauqua. We arrived well before check-in, so the front desk let us leave our bags with them and we continued our day. The hiking trails start right outside the cottages. The large park was great for relaxing and reading in the shade. We loved walking to Pearl St and enjoying the foodie Boulder...

My son and I stayed at this Inn and we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived after dark and check in was quick and thorough. Our room was very nice in size and had a mini fridge, large TV, small coffee maker, microwave, couch, ironing board and iron, along with soaps and shampoos. The furnishings were a little outdated but in great condition. The beds were very comfortable and the room was INCREDIBLY clean! There wasn't any dust ANYWHERE. It was even clean underneath the beds. Close to the boulder res and Avery! Lots of nice clean amenities. Best breakfast ever!!

Loved how central it was to CU Boulder campus. Walked everywhere. Great public tailgate party before game!

Like the location of this hotel as it was convenient to Boulder. It was very clean and all of the staff we encountered were very friendly. The beds and pillows were very soft and comfortable.

My only complaint was the air quality. I have bad asthma and J could not breathe throughout the night

Cleaning personal enter without permission at 930 am. Checkout is 12 noon. Not cool

The hostel portion was definitely a bunkhouse arrangement, but adequately quiet, descrete, and safe.

Historic building but rooms, especially bathrooms, need to be updated

My kid and I stayed here for Admitted Students Day at CU-Boulder, and it was just what I'd hoped it would be: fun and chill, with food trucks/fire pits instead of room service. Easy parking, and an easy walk to CU-Boulder (there's a gate at the back of the property that opens onto the campus) and the Pearl Street mall. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, the wifi was fast. It was a great basecamp.

Great place to stay in Boulder...short walk to Pearl Street for tons of dining and nightlife options. Gorgeous lobby and bar area. The hotel gym is one of the best I've experienced.

The thing I like most is the shuttle service. It's free within 5 miles. It's so convenient for customers like me. And staffs are friendly most of time. This hotel is like brand new. Everything is clean and shining. The breakfast room is spacious with luxury lamps. The hot breakfast is various. I love this hotel. It's much better than I expect and I think it's the best hotel I ever lived.
