“I have no idea what it's like to stay at this hotel, because when I arrived to check in, it was closed. The new hotel had been closed since the beginning of December, and nobody canceled my reservation, nobody sent me an email. Imagine driving for more than 18 hours and arriving to check in, super tired and with two crying children, and having no hotel to stay in! Imagine the chaos on the first day of vacation!”

“My bed blanket had cigarette burns all over it. Owners just told me they knew. It’s also suppose to be a non smoking room but the cigarette burns tell me it’s not. Owners did not offer anything.”

“The cabin was nice. We were very comfortable. The open floor plan worked well for us. Location was great rural but close enough to stores and freeway. ”

“Clean room and amazing staff felt safe”
