“The bathroom upstairs needed a new shower liner. The bottom was mildewed. Some of the bedspreads and throw rugs needed to be laundered. Other than those two things the beach house was perfect for our stay. Perfect location and plenty of room. Everything we needed was provided. Thanks for allowing us the pleasure of staying in Good Vibes! ”

“Absolutely loved everything about this property! We had one issue with the air conditioning, which was taken care off very efficiently and in a timely manner. One warning, we reserved this property because of the fenced in yard for pets, but the 2 gates were missing. We ended up not bringing the dogs, so it worked out. So ask ahead if the gates have been replaced. This property checked all the boxes for us. ”

“My family and I totally enjoyed our stay! My twin sons were especially impressed because the trip was planned for their 37th birthday. My grandchildren played with the games provided by our host. The outdoor playground was a big hit! The water view from our deck was lovely. Our two small dogs had a great time too. We grilled burgers and hotdogs on the large grill provided. The sleeping accommodations were exactly as expected. We’re already planning our next stay! ”

“the floors were dirty looks like they haven't been swept in a while had bugs all in corners the pillowcases in "the Room" bottom floor were stained. Had a pot under the sink in the kitchen and was leaking water. ”

“We had a fantastic stay and having a private pool and being able to walk straight out to the beach made the home and location special. Additionally, having an outdoor kitchen with a well equipped indoor kitchen we opted to dine in and enjoy the home more than we normally would. We will definitely return and highly recommend Gulfwinds for your next stay.”

“The house we rented had a lock issue that the owner resoled pretty quickly. After getting in we found the place a mess, the cleaning crew forgot to clean up the property. The owner had another house 2 blocks away that was newer and nicer that he let us stay in. He also gave us an extra day to stay for all the troubles. Outstanding way to handle a big problem with a customer!! Five stars all the way!!”
