A neat and well-kept environment made the stay pleasant. The room looked fresh and properly maintained. Staff support was timely and professional. It was a comfortable experience overall.

Check-in was fine. It went smooth and front desk staff was nice. The room itself is very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. However, the ac did not work at all. I called down to the front desk to let them know. It was not cooling at all and it was very hot and muggy in the room. I waited about 40 mins for maintenance to come check but they never showed up. I called back down again to let them know. Maintenance showed up and got the ac to work for all of 5 minutes. It went back out again. By this point, it was very late and after the long drive I had, I was exhausted. I called the front desk a third time to let them know and they would have maintenance come back. I waited an hour and they never showed. It’s midnight at this point so I just took a cold shower and tried to go to sleep. Needless to say, I did not sleep well at all. They should have offered me a different room to accommodate me as being in a hot muggy room was a huge inconvenience but that wasn’t even offered. Just promise of “I’ll get someone up there to check it out” but not following through. I’ll stay elsewhere next time.

The room was absolutely amazing, the staff was courteous and attentive. Everything about this place is wonderful.
