“Beautiful window view made the room more enjoyable. Cleanliness inside was well-maintained. Lighting supported a peaceful atmosphere. Staff made sure comfort stayed consistent.”

“They don’t change sheets and pillowcases. Hair on sheets and bad smell on pillows. Roach shows up on table also.”
