False advertisement. No restaurant … gas station served pizza. No balcony. What a joke that was. I had reserved a king room, given a double as they didn’t have a king. The room had two queen beds that were worn out, lights weren’t working, awful smell. We requested another. Given another room with two queens. Looked and smelled a little better. We sat down to eat the pizza we purchased at the gas station and started seeing live roaches (have videos and pictures… numerous.) We were there 15 mins and immediately knew this was a health risk. What a dump!!! Threw our luggage into the car and drove 45 mins to nearest town with a vacancy. I am requesting immediate refund on this. So disappointed in the obviously false reviews. There is no "restaurant" Check in is at the gas station next door. There is no note indicating this at the motel property. We rang a buzzer and a resident at the motel finally came and told us. Roaches in the room, gap under the door, stains on the carpet. Grounds were neglected, roaches and spiders in the room, weather stripping missing from the bottom of the door, beds were advertised as queen size but were full size.
