Bright and welcoming, this one bedroom apartment is the perfect place to call home on your upcoming trip to Dubai. Sleek and stylish, this apartment has large windows creating a bright and spacious apartment to relax and unwind in, we know you will fall in love. As you enter the apartment you will find a spacious, open-plan living/dining area. The living area features a plush l-shaped sofa, perfectly positioned in front of a big screen smart TV where you can relax with a coffee after exploring the vibrant city. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook up a feast which you can then enjoy at the dining table set for four. The bedroom has a cosy and inviting feel, the bed is fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so soft and you will have a hard time getting up in the morning. The en-suite bathroom features Key Views fluffy towels and luxurious hotel grade amenities which will leave you smelling great all day.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 1500 AED.

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
