Giulio and Maria in reception were excellent. Both very helpful, warm and friendly. Went out of their way to answer questions. Hotel and room were quaint, beautiful and historic. It is a former convent with some relics remaining.Very clean and comfortable. Unique and beautiful rooms. Fantastic breakfast included.

The hotel website and Expedia description did not mention the presence of a gym. Also many of the reviews mention how good the breakfast was, our experience was that it was similar to many hotels.

The room was spacious but I didn't like the decor.
It was super noisy, you could hear other guests' closing their closet doors! They didn't even have body lotion, I'm used to not bringing any because hotels provide it, but here, they had a bottle of shampoo instead of hand soap in one side of the sink. I had read the reviews that stated that breakfast was wonderful, but I don't think so. Having stayed in other properties around Italy this trip and in previous trips, it was not even close. The only reason to stay here is its location
