“Hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location and easy to find. My room was super nice and spacious. Would definitely recommend others to stay there.”

“The elevator was unclean. The staff was hard to understand due to different dialect. The room was clean , beds were hard. Bathroom dated with old bathtub and towel rack torn apart with the end pieces still in the wall. The kitchen was clean and nice. Air conditioner took for ever to cool room.”

“Note this is a brand new hotel. Overall this location exceeded my expectations. Caveat, they do NOT have any pull out beds or rollaway cots. A 1 Queen room sleeps 2 NOT 3. This is a beautiful building with a very modern and spacious feel. The grab-and-go area has the usual items, and a full-service bar and "bistro" offers quick snack-like meals ($$$). “Old pots and pans Rooms are dated No housekeeping during our stay”

“Got booked in a preoccupied room first. Then for the fourth time going back down to the reservation desk the check in guy told us there was a trick to opening the door. Back up we go again to finally gettin our room. The water pressure is terrible. Could barely get the soap out of my hair. The whole place needs an upgrade for $300 a night. ”

“Worst Expedia booking ever! We got there and had paid for 2 rooms. They said they overbooked by around 40 rooms that day. The manager offered to refund us. We disagreed and they gave us a room, but not 2. We got to the room and it was filthy, smelly and no air conditioning! The desk manager said he would refund us so we went to the LaQuinta instead. No refunds on either rooms still and all around bad experience.”

“The front desk staff was nice but the room was not clean. There were stains and burn holes on the sheets and hair throughout the bathroom.”

“Although they are in the middle of renovating, they accommodated us all very well. We took our seven year old daughter and six of her friends to Birmingham Zoo for her birthday and stayed at this hotel for the weekend. The staff was very nice and responsive.”
