“Room was showing age, but was clean . Bed was a little hard. Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast guy was nice but a little distracted because of multitasking. Can’t beat the location or beautiful balcony views.”

“Made a reservation for 2 nights for my dad. I called them around 9pm to let them know that he will be late for check in and won’t get there until midnight. The staff I spoke to on the phone was very rude and was telling me I need to update my card because there wasn’t enough money on it even though I clicked pay in property. Since he said “if the card doesn’t work, it’s just a piece of plastic” I transferred the whole amount to that card and also told them my dad would be paying with his card……
