9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,328 reviews)
I was very disappointed with my stay. I’ve visited Nashville 3–4 times a year for the past eight years and have stayed in more than 15 hotels, and unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve had.
The issues began at check-in. We arrived early and were told to wait in the lobby and that we’d be notified as soon as a room was available (which I fully understand and was fine with). However, three parties who arrived after us were checked in before us. When I asked about it, the front desk agent told me it was “first come, first serve,” even though we had clearly been waiting in the lobby the entire time. Her attitude was dismissive, and when she went to get the manager, she returned without offering any update or acknowledgment. She walked right past me without saying a word.
When we finally received our room, it was disappointing. The room was very small, the temperature could not be adjusted, and it felt muggy the entire stay. The toilet was clogged and required maintenance, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.
Additionally, the rooms do not have coffee makers, so the only option is to go down to the lobby in the morning—an inconvenience when you just want a simple cup of coffee without having to get fully dressed.
Overall, the experience did not match the standard we expected, especially given how often we visit Nashville. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.
