“Area was quiet and homey. We stayed in both nights we stayed, however there were plenty of things to eat nearby. The coffee shop around the corner was nice. We had a fabulous time. We would stay at this property again.”

“Everything was great. Super clean, and cozy. I would suggest maybe a step ladder, some shelves in the kitchen were impossible for me to reach. Luckily my partner is quite tall. But well stocked with most things you’ll need to cook. In a quiet neighborhood with ample parking, close to food and a short drive to the beach. Comfy bed. Would stay here again.”

“Parking was easy, directions were so simple. We had a GREAT time!! This place is so cute. Decorated so well. The beds are very comfy and plenty of sunlight comes into the room. Very obvious this place was spruced up recently because it feels very modern and lovely.”

“Absolutley fabulous! Will stay again! The beds were comfy, the neighors nice, the place was super clean and safe. The owner was very responsive to all of my messages and recommended some great newarvy restaurants. Our personal favorite is Backlot, fantastic coffee and great bakery breakfast items for our kids (11 and 14), seriously everything there was delicious. The only unexpected thing was the walk from the unit to Martin Stadium was much further than it stated in the listing. You are looking……

“I only have 3 small things to mention about this rental that I think could be improved (keeping in mind if they didn't change anything, it would still be very nice)!1. The parking garage directions talk about the elevator being at the end, but it is actually 6 spots to the right of your spot. It would be easier to state that explicitly I think. 2. The garbage can slams a little when you open and close it. I think something might be wrong with the soft close mechanism. I just used my hand to open……

“Overall, this location worked for what we needed and we didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit. There was one night where we did and the rental below us was having a very loud party (out of the hosts control although he did attempt to tell them to turn the music down). The walls are very thin so if you are looking for some relaxing time, just something to consider. The cleaning company could do a better job, there were some things left behind that I won’t mention here but a thorough clean would……
