“We liked that it was close to many things and in a nice neighborhood. But the cleanliness needs to be way better along with doing some better up keep. The fooseball table we couldnt use because it had no ball. The tv remote didnt work at all, we used an app. Furnace filter grill hanging off the wall, no smoking sign had fallen off the wall & you could see where they painted around it. Just seems like its a cash cow for a not very well maintained home. The beds were ok not real comfortable. Dryer……

“Our group of 6 enjoyed a nice comfortable stay. The townhouse is in the great neighborhood of Wicker Park which was walkable to great restaurants, nightlife and the L train. Would definitely stay again. We had a few thoughts to make it even more comfortable. There is only one couch in the front room so for a larger group it would be nice to have something like a love seat to have another comfy seating arrangement. When the couch filled up there was only seating at the dining room table. ……

“the management companies, all the layers of them (VRBO/AllSet/RedAwning/747 Lofts, woof), eventually did on OK job, but the communication was poor. had to press and call repeatedly to get check in info hours before arriving. and the method of ID verification very sketchy. so sketchy i wouldn't book with this company again. the property was...not a STUNNER. everything in the pictures was there in the place, but almost everything didn't _quite_ work. a fridge...with broken water and ice……

“Overall was an okay property. The dishes in the kitchen had bits of old food crusted to them from the previous guests, which was gross. We had to wash everything before we could use it. The master bath had several lightbulbs out and the sinks smelled like sewage when we used them. The downstairs bathroom had exposed pipes that were corroded. The beds were comfortable. The proximity to the red line was excellent but the L was right behind the building and kept some members of our group up at……

“Perfect location for the Michigan game at Wrigley. Perfect for a safe mix of tailgate space with kids and entertaining a few friends. Hosts were very responsive to email. It was clean and comfortable at check in. Highly recommend!”
