For us, the Riu Hotel in Toronto was located in a great spot. We have stayed in many Toronto hotels, and the Riu is just ok. The beds were not very comfortable as well as the pillows - and that's why you're there! Also, the air conditioning vent was noisy during the night, going on and off.
Getting on to the internet is cumbersome - more of an issue than it needs to be.
Front desk staff super nice and everyone is welcoming when you walk in.
Buffet breakfast has amazing choices.
