Check-in staff was less than apologetic when she kept trying to make us pay for a prepaid room
Hot tub was barely warm and pool room was almost cold
Carpeting in room needs cleaning, specifically more regular vacuuming around edges. We needed to move table and chairs to accommodate our family and there was quite a bit of debris against the wall
