"You can not beat the location for ski in and ski out. The room are a little dated but Montreal issues, beds felt recently replaced an were very comfortable. The included breakfast was terrible. "Close proximity to town and the mountain. But it is super dated. Bed was clean. The heater leaked water all over the rug. The carpet is old and dirty. It’s rough. "

"Exactly as pictured. So calm and peaceful. About 20 min to ellicotville. My only recommendation is to bring extra pillows and make sure you have a car that can make it up the gravel driveway. Really great stay. Very clean as well. Would come back!"
