For the price and you don't expect much this is your place. TV was not working. Sought assistance from front desk but at the end told there maintenance guy won't come until thw following day...after I had checked out. Shower was not up to date; poor pressure from shower head. Breakfast was okay.

Nice room, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast.

We booked the glen room, which had a two person jetted tub. The tub was a nice extra for sure. The bathroom and room were clean, plenty of towels, clean bedding. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The were amazing! So helpful and kind. They helped quickly when a group of baseball kids were in town and kept playing and running by my room. They understood and without hesitation changed my room. My tea/coffee pot wasn't working and they quickly got me a new one. They answered all of my questions with kindness and care. I did not get the in hotel food, but it looked and smelled great. Many restaruants around the area. Don't listen to anyone who says that Buffalo employees are not kind. They were the best I've had in the past decade!
