We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful farm! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. We were greeted by the goats, kitties, and dogs each morning and evening when we sat out on the patio. The kitties even curled up in our laps and fell asleep. It was hard not to take them all home with us. The guesthouse was absolutely gorgeous with cozy decor and every detail thoughtfully considered. This is a great place to stay while visiting Alfred University or Alfred State. It's a beautiful old house, tastefully redone; the owner and Brenda, the person making breakfast and cleaning up are friendly and interesting individuals.

This was located in the heart of the Wine Trail on Seneca Lake. Beautiful views - quiet and comfortable. Will be coming back to stay here for sure!

The Houghton Inn is a gem. The friendliness of the staff and peace you feel makes it stand out.

The front desk lady was extremely nice. She had a whole list of different places if they door dashed, delivered or take out. She was very thorough. Since we live within 50 miles there was an additional hold on my card. She explained why and what will happen. I didn't like it but she made it sound like no biggie and made me still want to stay. She was very helpful, nice and very caring. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, modern hotel. Breakfast is so good, with many fresh baked pastries and breakfast pizza. There is also a brewery right next door, so that is a bonus! Highly recommend.

The hotel room was so cozy and it felt like having our own apartment. Tom was so cool to talk to and gave us the best recommendation for Halloween night! We had food from the restaurant and it was above and beyond our expectations. All of the businesses we went to encouraged visiting other businesses. An amazing stay. Even added on an extra night!

Liked how close it is to the Fall festifivities in October, and the stores and restaurants. The breakfast is the best.

Had an overnight stay and was a lot of fun. Nice rooms, quiet. Lots of dining options. Could have a more of a variety of slot machines. It is a beautiful area too, lots of good scenic views.
