We arrived quite early to the hotel property with the plan to enjoy the town before check in. We entered the property to make sure it was ok to park in the lot even though we weren't officially checked in yet. When we walked in , the woman at the desk did not even look up at us, even though she knew we were there. When we said hello and I said that I knew we were early, she continued to look down and with a brazen tone yell out, "um, yes you are." That's it. Rude beginning. She was also the check ut person the next day and was disinterested in engaging . She claimed her computer was broken so we couldn't get a receipt. More like lazy. The 4 stars go to the actual person who checked us in when we came back in the afternoon. Her name was Kim and what a lovely, friendly , welcoming woman she was. The complete opposite of what we encountered earlier. Our suite was perfect for what we wanted and breakfast was included as well. Great location also for shopping and dining.
