Phillipe greeted us with warmth and kindness. Breakfast buffet was good and well maintained, supper buffet was often less maintained and rarely had food in all the food warmers and generally lacked dessert options other that gelatin like items. It was nice to have live music, pool table to meet with our friends after supper and a day of exploring the island. Rooms were clean however, the carpet is old, tired and some stains. Because of the humidity from the ocean and climate the room would smell musty when returning until the air conditioner had been on for a while again. The room does not maintain air conditioning when you leave as your room key needs to be inserted to have any power to the room. Lighting for getting ready is minimal so if you like to do your makeup bring your own light.

Overall a great experience. The check in process was not. The link to leave the security deposit had expired and it took 2h to get in touch with the company. Once we did though it was smooth sailing. The breakfast was great and the head staff was awesome. She made sure that we had everything we needed. For anyone who gets motion sickness this is NOT for you. The boat is constantly moving and rocking.
