“Location good, staff friendly, cleanliness of rooms ok. Floor sticky in areas next to couch housekeeping missed last time room was cleaned. ”

“Breakfast needs some work...frozen breakfast sandwiches just sitting out (already thawed), boiled eggs were just sitting out (not sure how long). You would think being this far out that a better breakfast would be provided. Other than that the room and staff were amazing”

“Room was ok. Couch in room was all disheveled. Bed was hard and lumpy. Pillows were thin as could be. Breakfast was luke warm at best. Had to take cinnamon roll upstairs to microwave to actually be decent. Will probably be looking at a different hotel chain to see if we can do better as Holiday Inn has disappointed the last couple times we’ve stayed.”
