Site claimed they had an indoor pool at a pretty affordable rate. They set us up. Staff was friendly, but the whole place will need an overhaul pretty soon to keep operating.

The Atrium portion with swimming pool, trees, hot tub… is really nice. The room was clean but it has been a long time since things were updated and maintenance and updates are due in some areas. We enjoyed our stay, but it is not a a 5 star hotel. If you are coming from a stay at Big Bend or the desert, the Oasis pool area does feel like an oasis.

Dirty, poorly lit, poorly maintained, hot tub out of service, pool closed early, the beautiful atrium was dirt. Felt like I didn’t want to touch anything. The reviews saying otherwise must be fake!

Dirty, things in the room did not work. Was kept up all night by a group of 17 people in and out of 1 room having some sort of party. Worst stay ive ever had here. Used to be a good place to stay.

The room was clean but dates. The atrium area was nice. The sauna needed cleaning. The exterior doors to the atrium area should stay closed to prevent non guests access to the interior. We felt safe.

So, I booked this room as a 1 night stay between Big Bend and Austin. I picked it for this lovely looking atrium, thinking the pool would be great after a desert trip. Pool was OUT OF ORDER. SIGH. No breakfast. There was a coffeepot and microwave in the room and the bed (king) was a great size. So, 60 bucks - I got what I paid for. :)

The room was very cold, there was no temperature control, blankets on the bed were paper-thin and there were no others in the room, the jacuzzi was out of order, and the pillows were uncomfortable. There was also a hidden pet fee that wasn't mentioned online. Night staff was very friendly, though.

The flooring in the room was worn and coming up in places. It was a cold night and the heater was putting out slightly warm air in the middle of the vent and cold air from the outside edges. We stayed here a few months ago and really liked the atrium pool but the jacuzzi and all of the ice machines were out of order at the time. We thought that they would have done some repairs in the meantime but that wasn’t the case.
