The place it’s ok for the price, very decent, clean, a lot of parking, the front desk lady, big white girl is very very rude, cero customer support, not sure if I would booked again just because of that lady.
Descent breakfast, I loved the Gym and Laundry room. Staff was great!

Location was close to the freeway. Self parking was convenient. Room was clean. Bed and pillows comfy. Shower curtain/rod was loose. Toilet seat broken.
We were there for the big bend open road Raice and there was plenty of parking for the trailer.
The room was comfortable however, the area around the hotel was quite dirty and trashy.

Room was comfortable for travelers. Tub wasn't clean, that was really the only issue.

The room was older and could use a bit of work. However it was very clean! The towels and linens were fresh. The bathroom had broken tiles and the tub was rusty but it was clean. The shower head and sink faucet desperately needed to be replaced though. The beds are very firm however and flat pillows so that’s something to keep in mind. The staff was super friendly! I don’t remember her name but the blonde lady who works in the evening was amazing!
Clean room, very polite but bad experience they give my room to another person because they never check is info and they thought I was the person who was in the room. They give me another room but I have to wait in the reception for about half hour to check in to another room and the receptionist to called her manager to confirm what to do in that Situation 😙
Room was clean, and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The only issue we had, was the bathtub faucet didn’t function properly, and it caused a lack of water pressure for the shower. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
Only one night but it was great for comfort and price.

It is good value, and staff were nice. However, it needs remodeling to compete. Required: add safety bar for the bath tub. Options to improve: fix rust of bathtub, fix and resurface parking lot , larger TV monitor, include oat meal for breakfast. The hotel has potential but need to invest in improvement for me to consider returning.
I was so worried based on the bad reviews. I don’t know where they stayed. Granted it was a basic, budget, no frills hotel.
It might have been the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. I have been in all 50 states and 28 countries. I have stayed in thousands of hotels.
The bed was one of the best, so comfortable. The walls are very thin. I could hear the full conversation next door and they weren’t loud. There was a lot of traffic noise. About 9:30 pm, it was so quiet, no neighbor or traffic noise.
My husband is always up by 7 am, he slept in until 8:15 am.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a budget hotel.
I liked the convenience of the property. It was clean and easy to find.
I did not like the shower. It did not work well, leaked at the faucet so the shower head did not have a full stream of water. The breakfast lacked variety. But waffles were good.

Horrible experience. If my dog is not welcome here, I’m not spending another nickel at this joint. I’d made a reservation at the ft Stockton quality inn and prepaid. When I arrived there was a large, gruff not saying “no dogs, including service dogs.” I’d spent the previous night the Bisbee QI without a problem and the staff was excellent and accommodating. But the owner of the FS Qi made a decision that no longer would it accept dogs so I cancelled my reservation ( and lost my paid reservation) and found an accommodating motel close by. I will never book a room at he FS QI and I question Hotels.com if it allows its customers to be treated so shabbily by the dog-hating owner of this sorry excuse of a no-uality inn.
