App allowed a reservation in a sold out hotel
It was sold out and they supposed to relocate me in other hotel. They didnt do anithing.

Hello,We apologize due to the inconvenience. If I am understanding it correctly, Expedia application let you book our hotel, while we were sold out. We always advise our guests to call 3rd party directly. Our team always try to assist guests in situations like this.We hope travel brings you back to DFW area & we would love to welcome you at our hotel.

The staff and pool area was nice. You can tell the property needs maintenance done. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that was painted over but still showing thru. The ac in the entire hotel didn’t seem to work well.

I thought the employees were wonderful but my room was a bit musty. It actually made it hard for me to sleep. I would probably stay here again and chalk my experience up to bad luck.

Property in fair condition. Room was not clean during our two night stay. Shuttle pick up at the train station after 9:00 pm took about one hour. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Staff was very pleasant and courteous.

Great place. Great price. Great service.
Very nice hotel with free breakfast free WiFi and free shuttle. All of the staff were so polite and friendly and helpful! Quie location near fast food and airport. Would definitely stay here again.
